Sales Representative

Position Overview As a Sales Representative at RTT Medical Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative regenerative devices across hospitals and acute care settings, including trauma and ICU environments. You will build strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals while providing the support, education, and clinical expertise required to integrate our products into surgical practice. sole-source manufacturer of advanced regenerative technologies
that address critical clinical challenges while also delivering economic value to healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Promote and sell RTT Medical’s regenerative devices to surgeons, healthcare providers, and medical institutions. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RTT Medical’s product portfolio, with a focus on how our solutions address complex surgical and clinical needs. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within surgical centers, hospitals, and specialized clinics to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs while expanding market share within the assigned territory. Clinical Expertise & Support Provide comprehensive product education and training to surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff to ensure proper use and optimal performance of RTT Medical devices. Attend surgical procedures when required to provide real-time product support and ensure successful clinical application. Serve as a clinical resource for healthcare providers by offering technical insights and troubleshooting assistance when needed. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships. Engage regularly with customers to understand clinical needs, address concerns, and deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams - including marketing, product development, and customer support - to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Market Intelligence Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies within regenerative medicine and surgical devices. Provide feedback to leadership regarding customer needs, product performance, and market opportunities to support product development and innovation. Qualifications: Education Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred. Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Experience Minimum of
3–5 years of medical device sales experience , preferably with surgical products or regenerative medicine technologies. Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive healthcare market. Skills & Attributes Strong understanding of surgical procedures, anatomy, and the healthcare environment, particularly within regenerative medicine or wound care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively. Proven negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value sales opportunities. Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organized with excellent time management skills. Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the assigned territory. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary
