Process Sales Invoices: Ensure all invoices for equipment sales are completed accurately and on time. Submit Sales Documentation: Transmit sales records to Caterpillar following company and manufacturer requirements. Manage Warranty Enrollment: Register equipment in the CAT system and DBS to ensure proper warranty coverage. Process Accruals: Complete all sales-related accruals promptly and accurately. Prepare Financial Summaries: Create gross margin summary sheets for every sale. Audit Post-Sale Claims: Process and audit Caterpillar post-sale claims for accuracy and completeness. Handle Purchase Orders: Process purchase orders efficiently and maintain accurate records. Support Regional Teams: Provide backup assistance to regional coordinators as needed to ensure seamless operations. QualificationsWhat You Need to Succeed:Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college 2-3 years of related industry experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Solid communication and teamwork abilities
