Overview Inbound Marketer (Appointment Specialist / Customer Service) 12 PM - 9 PM Wednesday-Sunday In-House Only (NOT REMOTE) Location: Waite Park, MN (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time About Us Your Home Improvement Company (YHIC) is one of the fastest-growing full-service remodelers in the Northern U.S. Based in St. Cloud, MN, we specialize in windows, bathrooms, and other home improvement services. Responsibilities Position Overview We're seeking an Inbound Marketer to join our team. In this role, you'll handle incoming customer calls, schedule appointments, and provide top-notch customer service. This role is also known as Appointment Specialist, Call Center Representative, or Customer Service Representative-so if you've worked in any of these roles, you'll be a great fit here! Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound calls in a friendly, professional manner.
Schedule and confirm appointments using our CRM system.
Verify and accurately input customer information into the database.
Provide clear, accurate details about products and services.
Meet or exceed performance goals (appointments set, call quality, etc.).
Deliver a positive, customer-first experience in every interaction. Qualifications Qualifications
Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
Customer service, call center, or inside sales experience preferred (not required).
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends.
Available for shifts from 12 PM - 9 PM Wednesday-Sunday
Compensation & Benefits
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour + bonus opportunities.
Paid training and ongoing support.
