As a Sales Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
Proactively seeking, developing, and securing new business within your assigned territory or accounts. Engaging with existing customers to promote growth and uncover new opportunities. Identifying and targeting potential customers, primarily focusing on engineers and upper management. Understanding the business goals, objectives, and manufacturing processes of customers to align our solutions with their needs. Creating and executing strategies to maintain a consistent pipeline of new opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated technical sales experience, particularly in selling to engineers and upper management. Proven ability to prospect for new business. Strong customer orientation, with a knack for building and nurturing relationships. Capability to work creatively, both independently and collaboratively.
Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial technology, with a focus on robotics and/or automation technology.
If you do not have a bachelor's degree, an associate degree in a relevant technical field and 3-5 years of proven technical sales experience will be considered.
