Location: Odessa, FL 33556 – This position is onsite
Pay: $20.00 per hour Type: Contract to hire
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with a half hour lunch break.

Summary: This role is heavy on the phones. This role entails direct sales, customer satisfaction, order entry, logistics shipping, warranty support, and lead nurturing.
Job description:
Create accurate and timely sales orders based on customer purchase orders, ensuring all pricing, product details, and terms align with company policies and customer agreements. Generate and distribute customer invoices, process and record payments, and maintain accurate billing documentation to support efficient cash flow and financial accuracy. Prepare and review accounts receivable aging reports; proactively communicate with the accounting team and customers to follow up on past-due balances and support timely collections. Process customer and internal Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for warranty claims and damaged products, ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and resolution in accordance with company procedures. Coordinate internal product transfers and customer shipments by serving as a liaison with freight carriers, monitoring delivery timelines, resolving shipping issues, and supporting overall sales operations. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer and consumer phone calls, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries or concerns, and delivering a high level of customer service.

Requirements:
MUST have 1+ year of related experience with customer service including direct sales and/or order entry, shipping and logistics. MUST be comfortable with being on the phone most of the day Basic MS Excel proficiency: Updating spreadsheets, sorting data Math and writing skills required High school diploma or equivalent required Background check required Drug screening required
