Construction Contracts Manager

My client, one of Ireland’s leading Civil Engineering Contractors are now searching for a Contracts Manager to join their team. This role will be based in Dublin working on various projects such as commercial, residential, data centres etc.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
  
• Management of Subcontractors
  
• Management of Junior Engineers
  
• Schedule works programs, resources and materials, equipment
  
• Ensure all safety procedures are followedStay abreast of trends in relevant industry fields
  
• Understanding of Health and Safety requirements
  
• Working to KPI’s
  
• Project Management
  
• Customer account management
  
• Financial management of projects
  
• Participate in the development strategy for the company
  
• Generate New Business
  
• Existing Business/Process improvements
  
• Training
  
• Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts
  
• Work proactively to ensure performance xcfaprz targets are met
  
• Share knowledge and impart skills to other team members
  
• Assist in any other duties which may encompass the role
  

• 
  
• Third Level qualification in Civil Engineering
  
• At least 5 years of experience at Project Management level
