Senior Project Manager

We are working closely with a Tier 1 main contractor to assist in the recruitment of an experienced Project Manager to oversee a €28 million construction project.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• 
  
• Guiding your site team from conception to completion.
  
• Identifying contract variations and making necessary adjustments.
  
• Compiling essential reports regarding programme and budget targets.
  
• Providing tender packages to subcontractors and suppliers.
  
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  

Key requirements:

• 
  
• Extensive experience working as a PM with a principal contractor
  
• Experience working on similar-sized commercial developments
  
• Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as industry-specific software.
