Nyansa Learning Corporation is seeking a Speech Pathologist to work in natural environment settings with children ages 15 months to 3 years of age. Individuals must be available to work late afternoon/evening hours in Orange County. Ability to speak Spanish a ++.
Speech Pathologist Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children with autism a++
- Current License
Job Description:
- Provide In-Center/In-Home speech consultations
- Collaborates with others to develop mutual goals for the consultation activity
- Gathers information through observations, interviews, assessments, or other direct services, and through review of records and materials
- Assesses the type and extent of assistance required
- Makes recommendations or provides information
- Provides training on communication and swallowing issues
- Provides monitoring and follow-up services
