Riser Harness Ford is seeking a motivated and organized Mobile Service Coordinator to join our team in Searcy, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service appointments, communicating with customers, and ensuring efficient workflow for our mobile service operations. Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments with customers. Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and address service inquiries. Work closely with service technicians to manage workflow and prioritize tasks. Maintain accurate records of service orders, customer information, and appointment details. Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status and changes. Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize customer satisfaction and service efficiency. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service or coordination roles preferred. Proficiency with basic computer applications and scheduling software. Reliable transportation to and from the Searcy, AR location. Competitive hourly wage: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour paid weekly with additional spiff per Remote Service Experience. Opportunity to work with a dedicated and supportive team.
