Required Skill: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. 12 years of IT experience across architecture, requirements & design, development, testing, or application support. 4 years of MSO/Telecommunications experience with strong functional and technical expertise in enterprise BSS systems and solutions architecture. Proven ability to define and evolve end to end architecture for Sales and Marketing systems, including applications, integrations, services, and platforms. Experienced in establishing architectural principles, standards, and reference patterns for consistent, high quality system design. Strong collaboration skills working with enterprise and solution architects to align domain architecture with organizational strategy. Deep understanding of Sales and Marketing technology ecosystems, including functional capabilities, workflows, and system constraints. Ability to identify efficient solution designs that reduce customization, avoid duplication, and minimize technical complexity. Skilled at guiding teams on when to extend current capabilities vs. introducing new services or platforms. Experience designing cloud native, distributed, high volume, business critical systems. Strong advocate for API first and event driven architectures to support scalable and decoupled system design. Ensures solution designs emphasize resiliency, reliability, performance, security, and operational excellence. Ability to translate business and product strategies into clear architectural direction and technology roadmaps. Skilled in evaluating new technologies via POCs and design exploration, recommending solutions aligned to business value. Balances innovation with practicality, cost efficiency, and long-term maintainability. Acts as a trusted technical partner to product managers, engineering leadership, and business stakeholders. Collaborates effectively with peer architects to drive unified and well-reasoned architecture decisions. Plays a key role in ensuring Sales and Marketing platforms evolve in a scalable, aligned, and strategically driven manner. Helps teams increase delivery speed by reducing architectural ambiguity, maximizing reuse, and ensuring thoughtful functional and technical design. Significant experience designing and evolving large-scale distributed systems in enterprise environments. Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, and event-driven patterns. Demonstrated ability to assess architectural tradeoffs and align solutions with business outcomes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Sales, Marketing, CRM, or customer-facing platforms is a strong plus. Role Descriptions:

Embed experience analytics| experimentation (AB)| accessibility| and performance SLOs into digital channels. Enable Sales productivity (pipeline hygiene| lead scoring| playbooks) tied to measurable KPIs (conversion| cycle time| win rate).
