We are hiring a Service Delivery Manager to join a leading Managed Services organisation supporting enterprise customers across cloud, data centre, and network environments.
This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of managed services to a portfolio of customers, acting as the primary service contact, driving service performance, leading service reviews, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through continual service improvement initiatives.
Key experience required:- Experience working in an IT Service Delivery or Service Delivery Management role within a Managed Services environment
- Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills
- Experience managing SLAs, service reporting, and service governance processes
- Broad understanding of infrastructure, xcfaprz cloud, and networking environments
- Knowledge of ITIL service management practices
