Hospital Employee, Outpatient only.
Annual Salary.
WRVU production incentives.
Loan Forgiveness available.
Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 .
CME time and money available.
Retirement plan provided.
Annual Salary: $320,000 base + WRVU productivity model.
Outpatient-Only Psychiatry with option to support inpatient team (IMHU is 32-bed, adult-only unit).
Behavioral Health Services Include: Outpatient psychiatry, IOP, substance use counseling.
Team: 3 BC Psychiatrists, 14 behavioral health clinicians, and strong RN/LPN support.
Call: 1:4 shared rotation.
Volume: 2,300 clients served annually; ~1,600 monthly visits.
Teaching Opportunity: Through ACGME/AOA residencies in FM & IM.
Modern Facilities: Recent inpatient renovations and expanded mental health ED space.
Hospitalist Support: Provides H&Ps and medical support.
Safe, family-friendly town with excellent public/private schools.
Regional airport access and just 1 hour from Syracuse.
