Proactively engaging customers while sampling products Preparing and serving food using an induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc. Cutting and sampling produce and grocery product Achieving sales goals by sharing product with customers and encouraging them to try new products Managing sample supply and sample product inventory Preparing event recaps via SharePoint Maintaining program specific equipment Adhering to strict food safety guidelines Completing assigned online trainings to build your knowledge base #Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent Thrives on customer engagement Experience with customer service, sales, marketing or event planning Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with store team members and support office Intermediate level computer skills In addition to a rewarding career, Sprouts offers a comprehensive program to help support you and your family.
