We’re hiring a Property Services Associate to support our Lead professional across multiple residential properties. This is a great role for someone who likes staying busy, learning on the job, and being part of a reliable, fast-moving team.
What You’ll Do
Assist with day-to-day property maintenance and repairs
Handle inspections and preventative upkeep
Respond to service requests quickly and professionally
Help troubleshoot issues and work with vendors
Travel between properties throughout the day
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience preferred (maintenance, handyman, construction, property support)
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Fast learner who enjoys a busy, active workday
Valid driver’s license
Flexible schedule
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
