Who You Are: Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. Work Experience:
Three (3) years' experience in:
HR data management, reporting, or analytics Working in crossfunctional teams and managing multiple priorities Handson experience with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, SAP, UKG, Workday, etc.) and data migration projects
Driver's License:
Regular Driver's License Familiarity with predictive analytics and workforce modeling. Demonstrated ability to transform complex HR data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions and execution. Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and compliance requirements. Analytical mindset with excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in HR (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
