Are you a Senior Machine Learning Engineer looking to build and shape an AI capability from the ground up?

A rapidly scaling SaaS company in Dublin is hiring its first Senior ML Engineer to establish the intelligence layer of its platform. This is a fully greenfield opportunity, allowing you to design, build, and scale the company’s AI capabilities from scratch. The company has ambitious growth plans and is aiming to become a global market leader.

You will play a key role in embedding machine learning into the core product, helping define both the technical architecture and AI roadmap. Working closely with a Senior Data Scientist, you will bring models from experimentation into production-ready ML systems within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As the first AI engineering hire, you will have strong ownership, visibility with leadership, and the opportunity to build and grow the AI team over time. xcfaprz

• Design and build ML models to predict user behaviour and optimise real-time decisions
• Deploy and maintain scalable, production-grade ML systems within a SaaS platform
• Establish the foundations of the company’s AI capability and future team

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
• Proven experience building and deploying ML systems into production
• Solid understanding of experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, causal inference, reinforcement learning)
• Experience in fast-moving, product-led environments
• A mindset suited to ownership, autonomy, and greenfield problem-solving
