Our 24-month structured programme follows four key phases:

• Introduce (0-6 months): Learn about our company culture and industry while shadowing experienced professionals.
• Discover (6-12 months): Take on more responsibilities, participate in real projects and develop essential skills.
• Develop (12-18 months): Work independently on tasks and contribute to major projects with structured training and mentorship.
• Accelerate (18-24 months): Take the lead on key tasks, refine your expertise and prepare for long-term career progression.
