Job Description
Lead, coach, and support the Technical Sales team Manage team KPIs, pipeline activity, and quotation performance Review and approve complex technical quotations Support customers with technical problem-solving and solution development Conduct customer site visits (across the UK) and build long-term relationships Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to deliver effective solutions

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or similar roles Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coaching a team Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, switchgear, or industrial safety Full UK driving licence
