Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Superintendent to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This hybrid role requires a hands-on leader who can manage both the administrative and field aspects of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues or delays
• Foster a positive and productive jobsite culture

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on low-rise, non-residential buildings
• Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
