Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Supervise: Manage daily operations for a tree care crew, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job site.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain bucket trucks, chippers, skid steers, and chainsaws.
• Training: Act as a mentor to junior crew members, helping them develop their skills in pruning, removals, and safety.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for clients and management.
• Safety First: Oversee job site setup and rigorous safety checks to ensure everyone goes home safe.

Qualifications

• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) is REQUIRED.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in tree care, forestry, or a similar field.
• Leadership: Previous experience leading a crew or a strong desire to transition into a foreman role.
• Technical Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of tree care equipment and ANSI safety standards.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Reliability: A track record of punctuality and a professional work ethic.
