Lead QE Engineer

As our Lead QA Engineer, you will:

• 
  
• Lead the QA effort on assigned projects, overseeing UI, API, backend and integration testing.
  
• Design, build and maintain automation test suites (UI + API).
  
• Validate, execute, and continuously enhance automation tests to ensure product quality.
  
• Own test strategy, test planning, and QA process improvement.
  
• Conduct POCs, troubleshoot automation issues, and guide the engineering team toward best practices.
  
• Collaborate cross‑functionally in an Agile environment to ensure seamless delivery.
  

We’re looking for someone with strong technical depth and a proactive mindset:

• 
  
• UI and API Testing
  
• API Performance Testing
  
• Experience with performance tools: Gatling / JMeter / BlazeMeter
  
• UI & Backend Automation (ideally Playwright)
  
• API Integration and test automation
  
• Familiarity with database testing (nice to have)
  

• 
  
• Version Control: Git
  
• Project Management: Jira
  

• 
  
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies
  
• Ability to write Test Plans and Test Strategies
  
• A self‑learner with proactive problem‑solving skills
  
• Comfort leading teams, mentoring, and driving QA best practices
