We are seeking a skilled SDET to join a team delivering software systems. You will contribute to test architecture, quality enforcement, and performance validation.
What You'll Do
Implement and maintain automated test frameworks for complex system integration scenarios Contribute to the definition and enforcement of quality and performance standards Build integration test harnesses that operate against proprietary interfaces Assist in identifying bottlenecks across the full stack Support quality gates and CI/CD pipeline integrations to enforce release readiness criteria Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure testability requirements are met Produce clear test plans, traceability matrices, and defect reports Participate in root cause analysis on failures spanning system boundaries What You Bring Required:
5+ years of SDET or QA engineering experience in complex system integration environments Experience establishing and validating measurable quality standards Proficiency in at least one systems-level language (C, C++, Rust) and one scripting language (Python, PowerShell) Experience writing automated tests against unfamiliar or loosely documented interfaces Ability to work effectively with limited context and high ambiguity Clear written communication skills for producing technical documentation Preferred:
Exposure to performance testing concepts: latency percentiles, throughput measurement, resource profiling Experience with low-level system interfaces or real-time environments Familiarity with protocol analysis tools
