This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of enterprise architecture, integrations, and customer-facing technical leadership, helping major utilities integrate their legacy systems with a modern cloud platform. You’ll take the lead in technical onboarding for enterprise customers with high ownership over architecture and technical direction.
The company recently secured Series B investment and is scaling its global customer base. This role offers the chance to work directly with large enterprise utilities across the US, solving complex integration challenges and shaping how customers adopt the platform.
The ideal candidate will come from a solutions or integration architecture background, with strong customer-facing experience and the ability to translate complex technical environments into clear integration strategies.
- Customer-Facing Solutions/Technical Architect
- Lead enterprise customer onboarding and technical integrations
- Define integration approaches between customer systems and a SaaS platform
- Oversee large-scale data migrations from legacy systems
- Support enterprise customers in adopting xcfaprz modern cloud-based platforms
- Fast-growing SaaS company with strong investment and global customers
- 5+ years experience in solutions architecture, integration architecture, or technical consulting
- Strong experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, databases, middleware)
- Customer-facing experience working with enterprise stakeholders
- Understanding of cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
