We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-quality residential and hotel/leisure developments across Dublin. This role will suit a commercially astute and delivery-focused construction professional with a proven track record managing complex projects from pre-construction through to handover.

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  
• Take full responsibility for programme management, cost control, and risk mitigation.
  
• Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.
  
• Work closely with clients, design teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  
• Oversee procurement strategy and subcontract package management.
  
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company policies.
  
• Monitor project performance, reporting regularly to senior management.
  
• Manage variations, claims, and commercial aspects in conjunction with the commercial team.
  
• Drive quality assurance and ensure all works meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
  
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of the project.

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  
• 5–10+ years’ experience (Project Manager) or 10+ years’ experience (Senior Project Manager) with a main contractor.
  
• Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and high-performing site teams. xcfaprz
  
• Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and construction standards.
