Position Summary
Marigold Speech & Co. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to join our growing team. The SLP will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for clients with speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders. The ideal candidate is passionate about individualized care, values collaboration with families and professionals, and enjoys working in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients
* Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support client outcomes
* Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support communication development at home
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment
* Maintain knowledge of current best practices and participate in continuing education
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure)
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
* Passion for working with pediatric populations and supporting families
Preferred Skills
* Experience working in private practice or pediatric settings
* Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches for speech and language disorders
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
* Strong time management and documentation skills
