Sales Development Lead Join us as a B2B Growth Development Lead, where youll combine hands-on lead generation with team leadership. Youll drive pipeline growth, build, grow and coach a team of SDRs, and shape a high-performance culture that fuels commercial success. You will work closely with Marketing on designing and implementing campaigns and have a keen interest in analysing results. Reporting to the Growth Director, this is a crucial role where your ideas matter and you will be supported to build the SDR function from it's infancy, bringing your knowledge of best practice to deliver results. This role does involve an element of overseas travel to Europe once every 2 weeks. The ideal candidate will be based in the North West, although other locations are feasible including Reading, London, Leeds or Birmingham.
What Youll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to hit and exceed targets Run high-impact outreach to ICP accounts across email, phone, and social Oversee targeted campaigns using intent data and marketing signals Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to Account Managers Experiment with tools, messaging, and outreach strategies to improve results What You Bring
