Construction Contracts Manager

A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to take full strategic responsibility for a portfolio of high-profile refurbishment, data centre and energy projects across Dublin.

This is a senior leadership position overseeing multiple projects ranging from €5m – €50m+, with direct input into operational performance, commercial outcomes and long-term business growth.

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects
• Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers and site teams
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
• Manage commercial performance, contract compliance and risk mitigation
• Lead client engagement and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Chair progress meetings and drive programme performance
• Review procurement strategy and subcontractor appointments
• Support business development and contribute to tender reviews
• Mentor and develop senior project staff

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years’ experience with a main contractor, including senior-level project leadership
• Proven track xcfaprz record delivering complex refurbishment, commercial, data centre or energy projects
• Strong knowledge of contract forms and commercial management
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with ambition to progress to Director level
