Onsite Manager

The Hot Box Sauna is Ireland’s leading sauna and wellness experience, offering a unique blend of relaxation, community, and wellbeing. With multiple thriving locations, we are expanding fast and looking for a Sauna Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Inchicore site.

You will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards, building a strong team culture, and ensuring every guest has a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience.

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring exceptional service, cleanliness, and safety standards. Deliver a consistently high-quality guest experience and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally. Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.

Create and manage staff rosters in line with business needs and legal requirements. Approve annual leave and manage sickness or absences. Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.

Manage site stock, ordering supplies and merchandise as required. Oversee cash handling, weekly reconciliations, and reporting. Maintain accurate records and required site documentation.

Ensure daily and deep cleaning schedules are completed to a high standard. Report and follow up on maintenance issues. Carry out regular fire, safety, and equipment checks.

Thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, very passionate about customer experience, and enjoys building and leading high-performing teams. You are outdoorsy and have a keen interest in wellness.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a site servicing customers in the hospitality or wellness sector.
  
• Proven track record of leading and managing high performing teams.
  
• Strong organisational and problem solving skills.
  
• Proven track record in confident decision-making and performing well under pressure.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Right to work in Ireland on permanent basis without restrictions (Work Permit Sponsorship is not available).
  
• Ability to take on physical tasks in an outdoor environment.
  
• Ability to work from the location in Inchicore, Dublin.

Working hrs: 40 hrs per week, shift work (6:20 AM / 11:00 PM)
