As the Business Analyst Lead for Risk & Access Governance, you will orchestrate the strategic alignment between Client’s Program/Vendor Managers and our Extended Workforce. You will serve as a critical gatekeeper of infrastructure integrity, ensuring that vendor partners operate within Client’s rigorous security and operational standards. Your mission is to facilitate the adoption of complex access provisioning frameworks while ensuring 100% compliance with global security, risk, legal, and privacy mandates. This role requires an expert-level grasp of risk assessment and internal infrastructure protocols, serving as a primary consultant for safeguarding data through meticulous auditing and proactive third-party engagement management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Access & Compliance Oversight

  • Operational Governance: Lead the deployment and execution of evolving access provisioning requirements across diverse product areas.
  • Expert Consultation: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various verticals, providing high-level guidance on security protocols and infrastructure standards.
  • Infrastructure Management: Leverage proficiency in IAM frameworks, CyberArk, SailPoint, or ServiceNow to navigate and manage complex identity landscapes.
  • Control Evaluation: Audit and validate the effectiveness of vendor controls concerning data security, incident response, and change management.

2. Operational Excellence & Process Engineering

  • Technical Problem Solving: Independently troubleshoot high-level access barriers and facilitate cross-functional communication between Security, Engineering, and App-Dev teams.
  • Innovation & AI Integration: Drive "Operations Rigor" by spearheading the development and implementation of AI-driven efficiencies and automated process improvements.
  • Metrics & SLOs: Architect and maintain robust tracking for SLOs and SLAs, ensuring service delivery remains at a "top-tier" performance level.
  • Change Management: Design and deliver technical training and presentations to synthesize complex findings into actionable organizational changes.

Talent Development

Mentor junior analysts and perform rigorous quality reviews of outputs to maintain high-impact delivery standards.


Stakeholder Engagement

Synthesize complex data into concise insights for senior leadership, advocating for self-service analytics and best practices.


Collaborative Risk Management

Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure a unified, holistic approach to global vendor risk.


Educational Foundation

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.


Domain Expertise

  • 4–5 years of progressive experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) roles
  • 3+ years in technical consultation or high-level technical support specializing in enterprise identity environments.
  • 2+ years of focused experience in Information Security or Risk Management, specifically targeting vendor control frameworks.
  • Technical Toolset: * Mastery of Google Workspace (advanced Sheets, Pivot Tables) and Command Line Interfaces (CLI).
  • Audit Capabilities: Proven experience auditing within hyperscale cloud environments (e.g.,GCP) and managing multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate sophisticated technical risks into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Operational Flexibility: Ability to work within a 24/5 rotational shift structure to support global operations.

Good to have Skills

  • SQL and Markup languages (HTML/XML) for data-driven decision-making.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC. xcfaprz
  • Familiarity with European data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Experience with PLX or similar big-data analytical tools for security reporting
