State Street's Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering team is seeking outstanding individuals with excellent intellectual and analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, and strong communication and influencing skills. This role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities within IAM.

• Support application systems, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Proven expertise in Systems Engineering and full Software Development Life Cycle (analysis, design, execution).
• Technical skills in troubleshooting applications built in Java, Autosys, and SQL.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, change management processes, and DevOps practices.
• Strong documentation skills, including writing RCAs, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Autosys, Dynatrace, and Splunk.

• Strong communication skills to promote critical initiatives and organizational change.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and within a small, focused, global Scrum team.
• Keen ownership, commitment, and passion for delivering results.

• Bachelor's Degree (BS)
• Experience in cybersecurity within large financial organizations. xcfaprz
