Construction Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager on behalf of our client to oversee daily site operations in Letterkenny. The ideal candidate will coordinate trades, enforce safety protocols, and ensure that construction activities stay on schedule and meet quality standards. This hands‑on role requires strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and a practical understanding of building practices.

• Supervise and lead construction crews on‑site
  
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics
  
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
  
• Monitor and enforce health & safety compliance (SafePass, PPE, etc.)
  
• Read and interpret drawings and construction plans
  
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site
  
• Conduct daily briefings and keep progress records
  
• Report issues, delays, and site progress to the Site/Project Manager
  
• Ensure quality control and carry out final inspections
  

• 
  
• Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor (3+ years preferred)
  
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and xcfaprz regulations
  
• Valid SafePass and Manual Handling certificates
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  
• First Aid and CSCS tickets (advantageous)
