As an Assistant Gym Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing member experience and developing your team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering an exceptional member experience alongside the Gym Manager
• Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events
• Leading and developing a team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors
• Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff
• Managing and improving our Group Exercise offerings

You will help create a fantastic environment for both your team and gym members, ensuring high-quality service delivery and contributing to our membership growth and retention.

• A Level 2 qualification in gym instructing, along with experience in teaching group exercise
