Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients, verify information, and collect payments.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with clinicians and staff to deliver high-quality, team-based care.
Provide front desk coordination for Mobile Unit appointments and assist with office tasks.
Work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in computer applications, including EHR systems.
Ability to work independently and with diverse populations.
Commitment to serving underserved communities.
Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Willingness to receive CDC-recommended vaccines.
