We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager/Estimator to join our dynamic team!

At Structural Buildings, we specialize in designing and constructing a wide range of commercial building types, including post-frame, steel-frame, masonry, stud wall frame, SIP panel, and tilt-up concrete. Our mission is to deliver the best building solutions to meet our clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare bid packages for subcontractors and suppliers.
Develop accurate estimates and project budgets for commercial projects.
Generate approved estimates for customer contract creation.
Approve bids and create project schedules.
Coordinate pre-construction meetings and oversee project execution.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
Maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Review costs and approve subcontractor/vendor billings.
Address and resolve project issues with job superintendents.
Manage change requests and oversee project completion.

What We're Looking For:
Preferred: Four-year degree in construction management or equivalent.
Preferred: Minimum five years of commercial construction project management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with cell phone and computer use.
Detail-oriented, motivated, and self-driven.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of commercial construction products and best practices.
Ability to work closely with clients and professionally represent Structural Buildings.
