Overview
Our Senior Frontend Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable systems while providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
What you will do
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software systems. Ensure code is efficient, reusable, and adheres to best practices. Provide technical leadership within the team, guiding design decisions, and ensuring the adoption of best practices. Conduct thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback to ensure high standards of code quality and performance. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues. Develop innovative solutions to address business and technical challenges. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Advocate for and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support development and maintenance activities. Requirements
What you need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (In lieu of degree, 5+ years work experience) Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on web application development. Proficiency in TypeScript, Node, React, or other progressive JavaScript frameworks. Proficiency in Git, Docker, and Linux. Proficiency in AI coding assistance tooling (Claude, Codex, Cursor, Copilot). Strong understanding of Web Application Programming Interfaces (API). Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to navigate complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Nice to have
Experience in SaaS Management or Software Asset Management. Advanced degree or equivalent.
