Job Description Join our dynamic Consulting Services team as a highly skilled
Senior Data Engineer . In this role, you will play a key part in building a state-of-the-art, cloud-native centralized data platform that ensures end-to-end traceability. You will be responsible for architecting the data model, managing databases for performance, security, and reliability, constructing ETL pipelines, and configuring Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) along with other analytics tools to deliver reliable insights. Required Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or database management.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing principles, and star/snowflake schemas.
Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing data warehousing and analytics systems.
Experience with data transformations, extracting data from diverse sources, and loading processes into Oracle or other relational databases.
Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data lineage standards.
Basic understanding of Linux, Unix, and networking principles.
Advanced knowledge in
Oracle Database technologies
(e.g., Oracle RDBMS).
Proven skills in
SQL, PL/SQL ,
Oracle partitioning , and
performance tuning .
Expertise in
ETL pipeline design
and implementation for large-scale data systems.
Proficiency in
shell scripting ,
Python , or other automation tools.
Ability to collaborate with
cross-functional teams , including data scientists, DBAs, and business analysts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documenting and presenting solutions.
Desired Skills and Qualifications: Experience integrating Oracle databases with other applications in cloud environments or big data platforms.
Knowledge of
cloud platforms
such as
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) ,
AWS , or
Azure .
Understanding of
data security
best practices and regulatory compliance.
Experience with
DevOps
and
CI/CD pipelines
in a data engineering context.
Experience with transforming and loading data into Oracle database structures.
Experience in modeling data and creating self-serve dashboards using tools like Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Familiarity with streaming data architectures (e.g., Apache Kafka, Oracle Stream Analytics).
Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional or Oracle Big Data certification) are a plus.
Required Credentials and Experience: Must possess or be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
8+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

The salary range for this role in the US is between $97,500 to $199,500 per annum, with eligibility for bonus and equity options.
