The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Neurologist to join our Specialty Care Service at a growing, academically affiliated medical center in St. Petersburg. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice comprehensive neurology while contributing to resident education, program development, and high-quality Veteran-centered care.

Position Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a broad spectrum of neurological conditions

  • Perform procedures consistent with training and neurological subspecialty expertise

  • Deliver high-quality, efficient, Veteran-centered care

  • Participate in resident supervision, education, and academic activities

  • Collaborate with physicians across Medicine and Specialty Services

  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and strategic health system goals

  • Maintain active engagement with affiliated medical schools and training programs

Preferred Experience

  • Completion of an accredited Neurology Residency

  • Board Certification in Neurology

  • EEG and/or EMG proficiency or fellowship training in a related subspecialty
