A highly respected, mission‑led organisation in North Dublin is looking for a Superannuation (Public Pensions) Manager to lead a busy, high‑impact pensions function — a role that sits at the heart of employee experience, governance and service delivery.
This is more than pensions administration. It’s an opportunity to take ownership, influence standards, and make a real difference in a trusted public sector environment.
The OpportunityYou will lead the end-to-end delivery, compliance and continuous improvement of key public sector pension schemes, including:
- NHASS (Nominated Health Agencies Superannuation Scheme)
Lead pensions administration across the full employee lifecycle — joiners, leavers, retirements & service verification
- Manage accurate pension records and member data
- Act as the trusted expert for pension queries (transfers, AVCs, estimates, PRSI classes, retirement planning)
- Liaise with external bodies ensuring compliance and governance standards
- Drive KPI reporting, audit readiness and process improvement initiatives
- 3+ years’ experience managing pensions/superannuation (public sector experience highly desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Defined Benefit schemes
- A customer‑focused, solutions mindset with confidence handling sensitive xcfaprz queries
- Ability to explain complex pension information clearly — including presentations
- Excellent stakeholder management, attention to detail and strong Excel/systems skills
