* **Tableau Expertise (intermediate / advanced):
** Proven strong proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying complex, interactive Tableau dashboards, and reports.
Must be currently working with Tableau in a professional environment and have many years of relevant and hands-on experience with Tableau Server.
* **Data Visualization:
** Demonstrably strong data visualization skills with a deep understanding of principles, UX/UI best practices for dashboards, and the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
* **SQL (intermediate / advanced):
** Highly proficient in SQL for querying large and complex relational databases, data manipulation, and performance tuning.
Strong SQL skills are a must.
Experience with various database systems, in particular Oracle and SQL Server.
* **Data Modelling & Database Skills:
** Demonstrably strong data modelling skills/experience (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema) and solid understanding of database design and management.
* **ETL Skills:
** Strong ETL skills using various industry technologies for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
* **Data Analyst & Process Engineering:
** Demonstrated Data Analyst and process engineering skillset.
* **Data Sources & Connectivity:
** Experience connecting Tableau to diverse data sources, including traditional databases, cloud data platforms, and APIs.
* **Performance Tuning:
** Ability to identify and resolve performance issues in Tableau dashboards and underlying data queries.
* **Scripting/Programming (Desirable):
** Experience with Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, or integration with BI tools is a plus.
* **Version Control:
** Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing ETL and data assets
* **Effective collaborator:
** By being able to build relationship and partnerships with others to meet shared objectives as well as communicating effectively and in a way that conveys a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
* **Project management:
** A strong understanding of various project management methodologies and tools, the ability to monitor tight deadlines and / or unexpected requirement changes, and proficiency in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* High degree of initiative and personal accountability, self-starter and highly motivated.

**Education
**: Bachelor's/University degree in (Computer Science / Data Analytics).
