About the Role

Are you ready to Get Stuck In ? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who thrive on making a difference! Instead of being confined to one department, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work across various teams at our resort, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay at Butlin’s.

As a Team Member Plus , your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week? You’ll dive into different areas such as:

• Sports & Activities
• Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
• Bars & Shops
• Fairground
• Buffets

And if you hold any qualifications like FA Level 1 Football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH personal license, we’d love to hear from you!

No experience? No problem! We’ll equip you with all the training you need to confidently navigate your role. You’ll benefit from a comprehensive 90-day induction plan and have a buddy to guide you through your learning journey.

Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week , and you must be aged 18 or over to apply. Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area.
