We are a modern multi-specialty private practice looking to expand and add a skilled general dentist to our growing team! In our established, newly renovated office, we welcome an abundance of new patients each month and have a vast existing patient base. Our state of the art facility allows for optimal patient care, a comprehensive approach to full service dentistry along with a strong focus on quality, service and patient satisfaction.
*Summary*
We have a highly trained and experienced team of professionals to assist, along with digital x-ray, state-of-the-art equipment and technology and an on-site dental lab. Pay will be based on a percentage of production, which can be up to one million a year; this is a unique opportunity for the right person to be extremely successful. *Responsibilities*
* Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
* Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
* Conduct procedures such as crown and bridge, fillings, cosmetic treatment and preventive care.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Utilize medical imaging technologies to assess patient needs effectively.
* Educate patients and their families about oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
* Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
*Requirements*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
* Strong knowledge of dentistry practices and procedures.
* Excellent patient care skills with an emphasis on empathy and communication.
* Familiarity with dental software such as Cerec CAD/CAM, Eaglesoft is a plus but not required.
