About Your New Job
As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day job site operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead field crews and subcontractors
- Coordinate daily construction activities
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Maintain schedules and productivity goals
- Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Conduct quality control inspectionsManage material deliveries and site logistics
What You’ll Need
- 5+ xcfaprz years of construction experience
- 2+ years in a foreman or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- OSHA certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
