Our client is a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a Client Service Executive to join their team in Dublin. This is a key role and the successful candidate will be expected to ensure an exceptional level of service is delivered.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client administrative and servicing queries, ensuring timely and professional resolution
- Support Relationship Managers in the onboarding of new clients, including completion of KYC/AML, due diligence, and account opening documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks involved with planning and preparation of various client events and conferences, provide on-site support and hospitality at such event
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems including CRM updates, documentation logs, and client correspondence
- A minimum of 1 year experience working in an administrative position
- Degree or Masters level in Business/Finance related area
- A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail
