Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Junior JavaDeveloperwith at least 3 years of hands‑on development experience. The candidate will work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and project managers to design, develop, and maintain high‑performance bankingapplications.

• Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
  
• Work on backend components, APIs, and microservices.
  
• Participate in system design discussions and contributeto technical solutions.
  
• Debug and fix issues reported in development, UAT, andproduction environments.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA,DevOps).
  
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  
• Support deployment activities and CI/CD processes.
  
• Ensure application performance, scalability, andsecurity.

• Strong core Java skills(Java8+).
  
• Experiencewith Spring / Spring Bootframeworks.
  
• Knowledge of RESTful API development.
  
• Experience with JUnit/Mockitoor othertesting frameworks.
  
• Familiarity with SQLand relationaldatabases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
  
• Good understanding of OOP concepts, designpatterns, and coding best practices.
  
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle.

• Exposure to microservices architecture.
  
• Experience with Kafka / MQ / messaging systems.
  
• Basic knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrumenvironment.
  
• Banking domain experience is a plus (not mandatory).
