Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Backend Developer with over 3+ years of experience to join our platform team, dedicated to managing document flows across various business units in a broad-reaching organization. The role involves designing and developing software to support current and next-generation systems, focusing specifically on backend functionality along with AI/ML integrations to enhance document processing and classification. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in technical architecture with an emphasis on backend systems built on .NET and C# frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, support, and enhance applications and systems, including document generation and email processing. Write efficient, maintainable code and implement new features alongside debugging and troubleshooting. Monitor system metrics, address production issues, and contribute to system scalability and maintenance improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and prioritize new feature developments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Embrace new technologies and approaches to address evolving business needs, with a keen interest in AI tools and methodologies. Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in .NET and C# for backend development. Strong understanding of SQL and experience with database management. Experience with AI/ML integration, especially in areas relevant to document handling and processing. Industry Experience:
Prior experience working in document management or a closely related field is preferred, with a strong emphasis on the use of AI and ML for document classification, extraction, and processing systems.
