JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform analysis on Customer demographics, behaviors, and other Customer KPIs to develop actionable insights to improve customer development and retention. Using primarily our Amperity CDP, help developing dashboards for the eCommerce & Marketing team leveraging consistent KPIs across the group that are easily understood. Improve quality of existing data products, integrations, and sources to increase usage of data in day-today business operations. Work alongside marketing leadership helping them leverage data and insights to improve the outcomes of marketing campaigns both for stores (driving traffic) and for online (driving qualified traffic and conversion). Interact with our CDP infrastructure through a close relationship with our SAAS third party vendors. Ensure that we are using best in class tools and thinking and where appropriate leverage AI to assist in accessing critical data through intuitive and efficient solutions. Complete analytics and research projects that will help set strategies for the future of the business. Present insights and findings in a compelling and dynamic way that is easy for Marketing and eCommerce partners to understand. Identify, strategize and steward strategic projects to be completed by key vendor partners. Wage $81,000.00 - $108,000.00. Telecommuting is permitted.
REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science/Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Experience must include two (2) years with each of the following:
SQL (Presto, BigQuery) and data query. BI platforms such as Power BI and Tableau. Purchase/Basket/Product Analysis. Customer Development. Data Hygiene and Integration. eCommerce & Marketing Analytics. Managing and interpreting large datasets across platforms. Customer Segmentation & Cohort Analysis.
