PSH Case Manager LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a PSH Case Manager for our nonprofit client located in the Westlake area of LA. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract opportunity. This position will be focused on helping an intensive caseload of clients with any services that are needed in order to support their retention of housing. This could include medical - primary or behavioral health - services, transportation, community engagement, budgeting assistance, and providing other resources to assist in their housing journey. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working with individuals who have severe mental health and/or substance abuse ailments. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years case management experience, ICMS experience strongly desired
  • Must be proficient working within HMIS and Microsoft Office
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation
  • Compassion and empathy towards others while being able to maintain a professional boundary
Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
