This role is a full time contract role Working hours 7:00-17:00 Mon to Friday (Flexibility around Saturdays) Key areas of responsibility: Scheduling of deliveries, optimising of transport and processing of dockets.
Daily Cash reconciliations.
Ensure the smooth operation of the Dispatch office.
Reporting of Complaints and Safety issues to the Location Manager.
Management of the Dispatch reports Filing of delivery dockets and timesheets relevant to PO's issued.
Operate the office in accordance with policies and procedures.
Process all orders in an efficient and a timely manner.
Other duties as requested by the Location Manager.
Requirements Team player with an ability to work on own initiative.
Strong organisational and administrative skills. xcfaprz
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of and Command Alkon system would be an advantage but not a requirement Knowledge of Dispatch procedures would be an advantage but not a requirement .
Knowledge and experience of office applications
