• Contract management of multiple projects in region as allocated by Regional Director
• Deliver high quality snag free projects on time and to meet tender budget margin
• Management of design build projects to meet client requirements as required
• Manage, monitor and support site management team as required to meet programme, quality standards, budget and tender margin
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times on all projects
• Prepare contractual claims if required
• Must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
• IT fluency and familiar with MS packages and MS Project (or similar scheduling packages)
