Financial Controller

A cash rich global FTSE E-Commerce business is looking to launch in the EU & UK and take the market by storm. As they are in the midst of setting up their EU & UK Headquarters and finance team, they are looking for a Financial Controller to be a senior leader in their finance team.

This role is an evolving opportunity which will change throughout your time there, the opportunities are limitless. But will require a hands on approach at first.

• Developing financial policies and procedures
• Design business orientated and innovative financial procedures, processes and solutions
• Managing a finance team and mentoring them
• Responsible for compliance and risk control
• Adhoc reporting

You must be:

• ACA/CA Qualified from a big 4
• Prior experience of managing a team
• Experienced of working in a large global business
• Ideally experience of working within an e-commerce, retail or FMCG industry
